Izanagi lore

After his failure at retrieving Izanami from the underworld, and his accidental creation of new gods, Izanagi largely left Izumo behind. He has returned from his hermitage, however, taking the Shattering as a personal affront. His efforts on Izumo’s behalf sometimes put him at odds with the rest of the pantheon, as he makes little effort to coordinate with them.
