Captain Cold is a Legendary Intimidator Champion who does Physical damage. Captain Cold is best used in Combat Cycle, Training Simulator, Story Mode. They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Green, Blue, Purple, Yellow), Random Legendary Shards. You should focus on the following transmutes for Captain Cold: Energy Gain Bonus, Effect ACC, P DEF.

Captain Cold has seen a complete 180 in the game, from being considered one of the worst champions to one of the most important for non-spenders looking to improve their Combat Cycle scores. His ultimate functions much the same as Cyborg's, but only for single-target. So there are some clear limitations to the kit, but ever since the developers fixed his ultimate, we've seen him added to some interested Physical DMG lineups and he has finally found his niche spot in the meta.

Avalanche

When receiving melee attacks, Captain Cold rolls back and charges forward, knocking down target and dealing Physical DMG equal to 240% of ATK (on a 20s cooldown)
