Guan Yu lore

A brilliant general, Guan Yu gives his all to serve the needs of Tian’s leaders and gods. Yet he fears the plodding Celestial Bureaucracy is ill-suited to the rigors of battle, and will prove insufficient in the event of open war. Thus far he has taken no steps, save to share his concerns, but desperation may soon force some unpleasant choices.
