Li Naomasa lore

A brilliant military tactician who distinguished himself in crucial battles that elevated the Tokugawa Clan to power before the Shattering, Li Naomasa is now one of Izumo’s greatest generals. His skills are prized even by the gods themselves, who have tasked him with preparing the armies of Izumo to face the many looming threats presented by Ryven.
