Suicide Squad
Birds of Prey
Weapon MasterHarley Quinn is a Mythic Warrior Champion who does Physical damage. Harley Quinn is best used in Merciless CC.
They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals, 7-Day Login.
You should focus on the following transmutes for Harley Quinn: ATK, HP, Energy Gain Bonus.
Harley Quinn is one of the most important early champions for non-spenders and lite spenders. Since you get a copy of her through the 7-day login reward, it means that any additional shards allow you to build her abilities. She does decent AoE damage, especially with her legacy weapon, which is given to you early on in your playthrough. She does taper off as you get access to limite mythics, but I think she will see a resurgence as soon as there's a renewed focus on Suicide Squad champions.
Harley Quinn deals heavy AoE DMG and casts her Ultimate faster after a kill.
Harley Quinn's signature gear. Increases Crit Rate and stacks when Harley Quinn lands critical hits, which increases Crit Damage up to 4 times. Grants Energy at the start of battle, allowing her to cast her Ultimate faster, and restores HP on kills. Together, these effects enhance her survivability and perfectly suit her style of dealing AoE damage and restoring energy on kill.
Harley Quinn dives into enemy lines for AoE damage. Damage Reduction against melee hits and Lifesteal let her deal heavy area damage while staying in the fight.
Increases HP, Attack, and Crit Damage. Harley Quinn relies on high Attack to maximize damage from her Ultimate and enhanced state, while the HP bonus improves her survivability and the Crit Damage bonus further boosts her damage output.
Increases HP and Attack. Harley Quinn gains Energy on kills, and the Attack bonus helps her defeat enemies faster, creating an effective damage-and-energy loop.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank — White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.

Set the level, stars and Force talents on their own; the totals combine all three the way the game does: stars multiply the level stat, then Force % bonuses and base skin bonuses multiply that, then flat Force bonuses are added.
No star bonus yet. Each star from here adds to HP, ATK and both DEFs.

Harleen Quinzel graduated from Gotham University with a Psychiatric degree and took a position at Arkham Asylum. She thought she could make breakthroughs where other doctors had failed by thoroughly exploring the twisted minds of inmates like The Joker, whom she spent many hours talking to and trying to understand. But The Joker was also figuring her out. He revealed that he knew her father had been killed by a drunk driver who used his money and connections to escape prosecution. The Joker gave Harleen the driver's finger as proof that he'd faced justice. The Joker told Harleen she shouldn't be trying to make him more like her; she should be trying to become more like him.
Doctor Quinzel's personal notes on The Joker were read by her supervisor, who threatened to fire her for her unorthodox methods. Enraged, Harleen attacked her supervisor. Realizing her career was over, she broke The Joker out of his cell and helped him escape. The Joker took her to the Ace Chemical Factory and said it was where he had been "born", referring to his Joker persona. He said today would be her birthday. Harleen recalls that he pushed her into a vat of chemicals; The Joker says she dove in. Either way, by the time she emerged, her skin was white like his, and her mind was untethered to the world of rules and laws. Now calling herself Harley Quinn, she was free to do anything she wanted, no matter how "crazy" society thought it was.
Harley and The Joker terrorized Gotham, pulling off ever more insane crimes and battling the Batman Family. In order to get a prison sentence reduced, Harley agreed to join the Suicide Squad, where Super-Villains participate on high-risk missions for the government and, if they survive, can earn their freedom. But her experiences on the Squad made her realize that her relationship with The Joker was an unequal and exploitative one. She was doing all the work, and he was reaping all the rewards. She broke off their relationship and struck out on her own.
Harley joined fellow Gotham villains Poison Ivy and Catwoman as the Gotham City Sirens. Initially, they pulled heists but also opposed dangerous criminals, helped each other, and became friends. Ultimately, an angry Harley sought to kill The Joker for the wrongs he'd done her. She broke into Arkham Asylum, triggering a massive riot that Ivy and Catwoman also got involved in. Batman put it down, arresting everyone but Catwoman. Ivy broke into Harley's cell to kill her for getting them captured, but took pity on her and offered to free her if they killed Catwoman, who'd left them behind. But Catwoman revealed she'd been using her connection to Batman to prevent them from being arrested because she saw good in them. As Batman closed in, Catwoman helped Harley and Ivy escape a final time.
Harley returned to her hometown of Brooklyn and took up residence in Coney Island. Determined to live life on her own terms for the first time, she had many bizarre and violent adventures. She also befriended a strange but well-meaning cast of unusual characters. And most significantly, she and Poison Ivy realized that their friendship was blossoming into something more—a romantic relationship. Determined not to recreate unhealthy dynamics from past relationships, they have made an effort to get to know each other and themselves, and as a result, their romance has thrived.
After a series of alliances with members of the Batman Family, especially Batgirl, against common foes, Harley returned to Gotham. This time, she was actively seeking to atone for her past sins by acting as a hero... although she would do it in her own inimitable way. She frequently teamed with the Birds of Prey, a group of heroines usually led by Black Canary. While some expressed doubts about whether Harley could stay on the straight and narrow, the support of Batgirl counts for a lot, so she was accepted (though sometimes grudgingly). Still, the only predictable thing about Harley Quinn is her unpredictability, so no one can know what she will do next!
