They can be obtained in The Bleed (Limited).
You should focus on the following transmutes for Hawkgirl: Energy Gain Bonus, HP, ATK.
Hawkgirl has been completely reworked as of April 2026, and she has legitimate staying power in the meta as a plug-and-play champion. I think she might prove useful in some Bat Family comps with Orphan. She has incredible spiritual damage resistance thanks to her Nth Metal Aegis effect. They also doubled her damage output, and her Thanagarian Mace is now a must-use for her kit if you're trying to make her work competitively. Still a niche champion at this point, but she will definitely work her way into the meta in the future.

★1Hawkgirl soars into the air and crashes down, dealing physical damage equal to a % of her Attack to enemies in a circular area and granting herself 2 stacks of Nth Metal Aegis for 15s Nth Metal Aegis: Absorbs spiritual damage from enemy skills and Ultimates. Each stack can absorb damage up to a % of Hawkgirl's Max HP. If a stack is broken, any excess damage from that hit cannot be absorbed again.
★2Hawkgirl flaps her wings, dealing physical damage equal to a % of her Attack to enemies in a circular area and granting herself 1 stack of Nth Metal Aegis.
Reduces cooldown of Hurricane Force.
★3Increases all Champions' HP and Warrior Champions' HP.
★4Increases Hawkgirl's Spiritual Resistance by a %. Whenever Hawkgirl gains Nth Metal Aegis from her skill or Ultimate, she immediately restores a % of her Max HP.
Increases Hawkgirl's Attack.
★5At the start of battle, gain a shield equal to a % of Max HP per Birds of Prey ally, up to a max of a% of Max HP. Upon casting Ultimate, gain a shield equal to a % of Max HP for 8s.
Increases Hawkgirl's Max HP.
