Queen Hippolyta is the first new Amazons tagged champion to come to the game, and her kit is built around defensive support through granting shields to her teammates and absorbing damage taken by them. Her ultimate is a channeled ability, but it grants her Super Armor, meaning she cannot be interrupted during the cast. We expect her to be used primarily with Amazons once the rest of that team is formed, but she is also one of the more plug-and-play champions we've seen in quite a while. Some have dubbed her Doctor Fate 2.0 and I think that's an apt comparison. I think all rosters should try to incorporate her into their farming plans because she is quite good even at blue stars without her unique legacy piece, but if you want to use her in high-level Meta Brawl or 3v3, you'll need to get her to Yellow 5 with a White 5 unique legacy piece, or Red 5, if you want her to instantly use her ultimate at the start of battle.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank — White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.
★1Queen Hippolyta stands firm and raises her sceptre, radiating divine power. Absorbs % of DMG taken by allies within range for s, during which she gains Super Armor and cannot recover Energy. Also grants a shield equal to % of her Physical SEF to all allies for s. Super Armor: Prevents actions or skills from being interrupted by enemy attacks.
★2Queen Hippolyta grants a shield equal to % of her Physical DEF to the ally with the lowest HP percentage for s. The shield strength is increased by % for Amazons allies.
Increases the Shield Strength of Luck of Tyche.
★3Increases all Champions' HP by % and Guardian Champions' Physical DEF by %.
