Killer Croc is a Legendary Guardian Champion who does Physical damage. Killer Croc is best used in Story Mode. They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Green, Blue, Purple, Yellow), Randome Legendary Shards. You should focus on the following transmutes for Killer Croc: HP, P DEF, Energy Gain Bonus.
With the prevalence of Legion of Doom in the top of Meta Brawl, Killer Croc is an interesting champion. I think he's a solid Guardian to build early on, but he tapers off as you get access to other champions. I see him as a bridge to Scarecrow for new accounts, and if you're not going to run Legion of Doom, you can skip building him entirely.
