The Flash is a Mythic + Intimidator Champion who does Physical damage. The Flash is best used in Training Simulator, 3v3, Story Mode, Meta Brawl, Vehicle Combat. They can be obtained in The Bleed. You should focus on the following transmutes for The Flash: Energy Gain Bonus, ATK, Physical PEN, Crit DMG.

Wally West was a highly anticipated champion on release, but he falls flat at all but the highest investment level. He needs high end transmutes to even remotely be useful. We thought he would shut down teams with heavy shield usage (think Hippolyta + Starfire + Riddler comps) and deal massive damage himself, and while he does have some utility to slow down shield teams, his Ultimate takes so long to ramp to the highest damage level that matches usually end before he does much work.
