MetahumanThe Flash is a Mythic + Firepower Champion who does Physical damage. The Flash is best used in PvP.
They can be obtained in The Bleed.
You should focus on the following transmutes for The Flash: Energy Gain Bonus, ATK, Physical PEN, Crit DMG.
Wally West was a highly anticipated champion on release, but he falls flat at all but the highest investment level. He needs high end transmutes to even remotely be useful. We thought he would shut down teams with heavy shield usage (think Hippolyta + Starfire + Riddler comps) and deal massive damage himself, and while he does have some utility to slow down shield teams, his Ultimate takes so long to ramp to the highest damage level that matches usually end before he does much work.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank — White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.
★1Wally channels the Speed Force to unleash Infinity Mass Punch, dealing physical damage equal to X% of his attack to an enemy. Each stack of Speed Force increases the damage multiplier by X%, up to a maximum of X% of Wally's Attack. Passive: Each basic attack grants Wally 2 stacks of Speed Force.
★2Wally blitzes an enemy from all directions, dealing physical damage equal to X% of his Attack, plus an additional X% if the target has a shield.
Reduces the cooldown of Everywhere at Once.
★3Increases all Champions' Spiritual Defense by X%, with an additional X% for Firepower Champions.
★4Each stack of Speed force additionally increases Wally's Attack by X%, stacking up to X%. 1 stack is lost ever 5s.
Increases Wally's Attack.
★5At the start of battle, Wally gains X stacks of Speed force. Whenever he receives a buff, he also gains 3 stacks of Speed Force, doubled if there are at least 3 Teen Titans allies present.
Increases Wally's Physical Penetration.
