The Flash is a Mythic Supporter Champion who does Physical damage. The Flash is best used in Devastator CC, Drowned CC, Merciless CC, Dawnbreaker CC, Murder Machine CC, Killer Tank CC, Red Death CC.
They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals.
You should focus on the following transmutes for The Flash: Energy Gain Bonus, HP, P DEF.
The Flash is one of the most important supports in the game for anyone looking to maximize their damage in Combat Cycle. He doesn't need to be on a specific team to provide a massive advantage, because his kit is meant to cycle your other squad members' ultimates. In early tier lists I did not value him highly and I regret it. I see him staying relevant for a long time, and cannot wait to see the rest of the Flash Family.

Lore
Barry Allen was a forensic chemist for the Central City Police with a habit of being late, to the frustration of his fiancée, reporter Iris Allen. While working late one night, a bolt of lightning struck his lab, dousing him with chemicals. Afterward, he discovered he could move at incredible speed. Inspired by his childhood hero, the Golden Age Flash, he assumed the costumed identity of The Flash and became the protector of Central City, using his position in the police department to learn of crimes that needed solving. He fought a succession of often science-based villains, who became known as the Rogues, along with threats from beyond space and time. With his ability to reach anywhere on Earth in moments, he often teamed with other heroes, becoming a founding member of the Justice League.
The Flash became good friends with the Green Lantern Hal Jordan and ultimately met his childhood hero, the original Flash, as well as the rest of the Justice Society. He discovered that he could travel through time with the aid of a device called the Cosmic Treadmill that helped direct his speed. In the future, he met Eobard Thawne, who told Barry that the speed energy he tapped into was called the Speed Force. Thawne idolized The Flash and had absorbed enough residual Speed Force to become a Flash himself. But when Barry discovered Thawne was placing civilians in danger in order to rescue them, he arrested Thawne. Thawne's hero worship turned to hatred, and he returned to plague Barry as the Reverse-Flash, resolving to destroy his former idol's life.
When Barry was spending a day with Iris's nephew, Wally West, an accident similar to the one that gave Barry his powers resulted in Wally also being endowed with super-speed. Barry took Wally as a partner, Kid Flash, revealing his identity to Wally and mentoring him in the use of his abilities. Wally became a founding member of the Teen Titans. After Iris and Barry married, he revealed to her that he was The Flash. They lived happily for a time until the Reverse-Flash, seeking revenge, seemingly killed Iris in a jealous rage (in his quest to be like Barry, he tried to get her to leave Barry for him). Years later, when Barry was ready to marry again, Thawne tried to kill his new bride as well. This time, in trying to stop Thawne, Barry killed him. The Flash was arrested for murder.
The Flash stood trial and was found guilty, but one juror told him that he (the juror) was being possessed by a mind from the future and knew that the trial was manipulated. The Flash discovered that another old foe from the future, Abra Kadabra, was responsible and defeated him. He further learned that the mind from the future possessing the juror was Iris, whose consciousness had survived her body's death and been drawn to the future, where she was originally from. The Flash went there, where Iris had been given a new body, and they lived happily together... for a while. When the Crisis on Infinite Earths struck, The Flash appeared to sacrifice his life to defeat the Anti-Monitor. However, he had actually been absorbed into the Speed Force. Wally West took over the role of The Flash.
Some time afterward, a youth named Bart Allen—the grandson of Barry and Iris from the far future—came to the present, seeking a cure for the artificially rapid aging he was born with. Wally West helped cure him, and he remained in this time period as the hero Impulse. Iris returned from her future era to look after Bart. On a later occasion, when Darkseid conquered Earth with the Anti-Life Equation, speedsters presented the only threat to his rule. Barry re-emerged from the Speed Force to lead Wally, Bart, and other Speed Force-aligned heroes to free others from the Anti-Life Equation and defeat Darkseid. Barry and Iris were reunited, and Barry found himself head of a large Flash family.
The one great unsolved case of Barry's life was his mother's murder. When Barry learned that it was Eobard Thawne, the Reverse-Flash, who had gone back in time and killed his mother, he returned to the moment of her death to stop him. But doing so caused the creation of the Flashpoint timeline, in which Batman was Thomas Wayne, Bruce Wayne's father who fought crime to avenge the death of his son; Aquaman and Wonder Woman led their respective kingdoms in war against each other; and Barry was powerless. Realizing this world was much darker than the one he'd left, Barry enlisted the help of Batman to regain his powers and go back in time again to stop himself from interfering in the course of history, as difficult as it was.

STop tier characters that make an impact in every game mode.
A+Top tier in one or some game modes, but not all.
AGreat champions that, while not top tier, are still very good in many situations.
BSolid middle of the road champions — don't particularly excel anywhere but still overall good picks.
CChampions that excel in the early game but perform considerably worse later on. Also champions that have a well defined niche but don't particularly stand out outside of it, so they aren't worth building unless you have a developed roster.
DChampions that fail to have meaningful impact in any content.
