The Penguin is a Mythic Intimidator Champion who does Spiritual damage. The Penguin is best used in Training Simulator, Story Mode. They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals. You should focus on the following transmutes for The Penguin: ATK, Energy Gain Bonus, Spiritual AMP.
The Penguin received a kit rework in early 2026. We still see him as a skip for anyone who builds The Joker up long term, but for non-spenders who need a third or fourth team and have no other choice, the new kit actually has some viability in the early game and for those looking for a solid ship combat team.
