They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals.
You should focus on the following transmutes for The Penguin: ATK, Energy Gain Bonus, Spiritual AMP.
The Penguin received a kit rework in early 2026. We still see him as a skip for anyone who builds The Joker up long term, but for non-spenders who need a third or fourth team and have no other choice, the new kit actually has some viability in the early game and for those looking for a solid ship combat team.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank — White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.
★1The Penguin summons 3 Penguin Commandos, each dealing spiritual damage equal to % of The Penguin's Attack to an enemy (no penguins are harmed in the process), with a 50% base chance to inflict one stack of Burning for 20s. Burning: Deals spiritual damage equal to % of The Penguin's Attack per second. Stacks up to 100 times.
★2The Penguin summons a Penguin Commando, dealing spiritual damage equal to % of The Penguin's Attack to an enemy (no penguins are harmed in the process), with a 50% base chance to inflict one stack of Burning for 20s.
