Wonder Woman is a Legendary Guardian Champion who does Physical damage. Wonder Woman is best used in PvP.
They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Green, Blue, Purple, Yellow), Random Legendary Shards, Meta Brawl Store (Legendary or Mythic).
You should focus on the following transmutes for Wonder Woman: HP, P DEF.
Wonder Woman is one of the first champions you're given as you start the game's main campaign, and she maintains her usefulness in your roster well into the late game. With the new Amazons tagged champions being added into the game, she now fits with Justice League, Justice League Dark, or Amazons, making her one of the most verstile champions available. Her stuns can easily win PvP fights, and her tankiness lends her to effective use in Training Simulator as well. Her biggest weakness is Combat Cycle.
Strategy Guide
Wonder Woman grants shields to allies and stuns enemies. She gains extra Physical DEF when her HP is low.
Significantly increases Physical and Spiritual Defense and grants a strong, reliable shield. Wonder Woman's Physical Defense increases at low HP, and with the shield from the Amazonium Alloy Shield, she becomes a Guardian that gets tougher the longer she fights.
Increases HP and Dodge. Wonder Woman shields allies and inflicts [Stunned] on enemies, so high survivability lets her stay in the fight longer to protect the squad.
Significantly increases HP. Since Wonder Woman's shield skill and [Stunned] debuff require her to stay in the front row, higher HP lets her reliably fulfill her role as a Guardian.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank —White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.

Lore
Diana is the daughter of Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons, a race of immortal warrior women who live on the island of Themyscira, which is protected and hidden by the Olympian goddesses. Blessed by the Greek gods, Diana was granted powers beyond even the mightiest Amazons. The curious young girl wondered about life beyond Themyscira, but her mother warned her the outside world was a place of violence that the Amazons had left long ago. Then, one day, a plane piloted by Captain Steve Trevor crashed on Themyscira. Diana saved him from the burning aircraft. He was the first man she had ever seen. The semiconscious Trevor muttered warnings of danger in the world outside. Hippolyta realized that the Amazons were under threat if discovered and pondered what to do with their foreign visitor who had washed up upon their home.
The Amazons held a tournament to determine who would be the one to take Steve Trevor back to Man's World. However, the protective Queen Hippolyta would not allow her daughter Diana to compete with the other Amazons. So, Diana put on a disguise and won the tournament, only then revealing her identity. Hippolyta had to admit her daughter was worthy and granted her the bracelets, tiara, and uniform of the Amazons' champion, along with Hestia's Lasso of Truth, which compels anyone touching it to tell the truth. Diana would be the first Amazon to enter the world of men in ages. As the ambassador from Themyscira, Wonder Woman arrived to great interest from the public, to represent the philosophies of the Amazons to the world and promote peace.
In addition to being the ambassador, Diana is also the superhero Wonder Woman, battling adversaries The Cheetah, Circe, and Ares, the God of War, whose machinations were behind the danger Steve warned of. She joined the Justice League and found allies in the likes of Superman and Batman. She also found love with Steve Trevor, although at times they have separated due to loyalties to their different homelands. Donna Troy, a young woman who intended to destroy Wonder Woman and was given powers like hers, was instead taken in by the Amazons. Wonder Woman became her mentor. Donna took the name Wonder Girl and joined the Teen Titans. Cassie Sandsmark, the daughter of Wonder Woman's friend, gained powers from mystic artifacts and became Wonder Girl for a period as well.
When the Amazons had to enter a mystical dimension to revitalize their magic, Diana chose to remain on Earth. As a result, Diana lost her powers but did not give up fighting evil. Wearing outfits more suited to a super-spy than a superhero, Diana sought combat training and mentorship from I Ching, a blind master of martial arts. Now, using her fighting skills and the strength of a normal human woman, Diana battled less mythological and more Earth-bound menaces. Diana eventually regained her powers and role as Wonder Woman. But her time as a "normal" human gave her a new understanding of and appreciation for the people she protects.
At one point, Hippolyta declared that Diana was no longer worthy to be Wonder Woman. She held a contest to find a replacement, which was won by Artemis, an Amazon from a sister tribe that lived in the hidden Egyptian city of Bana-Mighdall. Artemis replaced Diana as Wonder Woman while Diana fought for justice on her own. When Artemis was killed in battle, Hippolyta apologized and revealed she'd had a prophetic vision that Wonder Woman would die, so she declared Diana unworthy of being Wonder Woman in an attempt to save her daughter from that fate. Diana made her mother swear to be truthful in the future and became Wonder Woman again. Artemis, consigned to a hell dimension, was able to fight her way free and return to life. She and Diana have since become allies.
A villainous mastermind called the Sovereign orchestrated a war between Themyscira and the United States in order to imprison Wonder Woman, acquire her weapons, and discredit the Amazonian message of peace and equality. With the help of Wonder Woman's Wonder Girl allies—Donna Troy, Cassie Sandsmark, and Yara Flor, an Amazon from a tribe living in the Amazon region of Brazil—Diana defeated the Sovereign and ended the war. Sadly, Steve Trevor was killed in the conflict. Grief-stricken, Diana took a lock of her hair and a lock of Steve's, combined them with Themyscira clay, and prayed to the Greek gods to give her a daughter, as her mother once had. Her prayers were answered, and their daughter Elizabeth was given life.
