They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shard, Custom Mythic Shard, Daily Deals.
You should focus on the following transmutes for Wonder Girl: P DEF, Energy Gain Bonus, HP.
Wonder Girl was initially panned as a required unit for Amazons, and many wanted that to be the case. Unfortunately, she has turned out to be a very mediocre champion. You could certainly run her in a full Amazons team to try and add a little extra DPS for your DMWW, but she just doesn't really have a spot in the meta right now, and is not worth investing in unless you're a whale who was going to max her out otherwise. She's capable of some chip damage, but her true strength is in making her allies more powerful.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank — White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.
★1Donna Troy charges at an enemy and slashes, knocking them down, dealing Physical DMG equal to % of her ATK, and applying x stacks of Astral Willpower. Also permanently reduces the target's Physical DEF by % (non-stackable). When an enemy reaches x stacks of Astral Willpower, they take Physical DMG equal to % of Donna's ATK plus % of her Physical DEF.
