Doctor Fate is a Mythic Guardian Champion who does Spiritual damage. Doctor Fate is best used in Meta Brawl, 3v3, Combat Cycle, Vehicle Combat, Training Simulator, Story Mode. They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals, Weekly Login. You should focus on the following transmutes for Doctor Fate: HP, Energy Gain Bonus.
Doctor Fate has been one of the better F2P champions in the game since the beta tests, and that's because his ultimate works really well to protect your team even at 0 stars. He's a bit squishy at lower star levels, but becomes quite formidable as you build him, and he is plug-and-play viabile in all game modes.
