Mr. Freeze is a Mythic + Guardian Champion who does Spiritual damage. Mr. Freeze is best used in PvP, Devastator CC.

They can be obtained in The Bleed. Based on our analysis, Mr. Freeze is High Value. Plan your spending decisions for Anvils and Selector Shards accordingly.

You should focus on the following transmutes for Mr. Freeze: Energy Gain Bonus, HP, HP%.

Mr. Freeze has not been in the game long enough to make a full determination on his kit, but he looks really strong. He might be what Arkham needed to become relevant in PVP. Paired with Joker and Riddler plus two other supports like Swamp Thing or Queen Hippolyta, I think this will be a pretty tough matchup in the current meta. Look for update tier rankings in June once the meta settles. Current ranking is purely speculation on his kit.
