Energy WielderQuantum's Take
Raven is a Mythic Supporter Champion who does Spiritual damage. Raven is best used in Meta Brawl, 3v3, Combat Cycle, Vehicle Combat, Training Simulator, Story Mode. They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals. You should focus on the following transmutes for Raven: Energy Gain Bonus, ATK, Healing Bonus.
Raven has a kit that can be hard to manage. She's much better on manual, where you can time her ultimate. I've seen very effective PvP comps using her, especially on early servers, but she end up being most effective in a Justice League Dark lineup.

STop tier characters that make an impact in every game mode.
A+Top tier in one or some game modes, but not all.
AGreat champions that, while not top tier, are still very good in many situations.
BSolid middle of the road champions — don't particularly excel anywhere but still overall good picks.
CChampions that excel in the early game but perform considerably worse later on. Also champions that have a well defined niche but don't particularly stand out outside of it, so they aren't worth building unless you have a developed roster.
DChampions that fail to have meaningful impact in any content.
