Talia al Ghul is a Mythic + Assassin Champion who does Physical damage. Talia al Ghul is best used in Combat Cycle, Training Simulator, Story Mode. They can be obtained in The Bleed (Limited). You should focus on the following transmutes for Talia al Ghul: ATK, Crit Rate, Crit DMG.

Talia operates similarly to Ra's with her ability to sacrifice HP to deal damage, and she has the ability to heal herself when enemies are defeated. I would still characterize her as more of a niche champion because her ultimate is too conditional. She does work with Ra's in high-level PvP, but she's more beneficial in Combat Cycle and other PvE modes where champions remain above 50% HP for longer. Personally, I do not think she is worth the investment for non-spenders and lite spenders at this time.
