They can be obtained in The Bleed, Motherboxes (Purple +), Random Mythic Shards, Custom Mythic Shards, Daily Deals.
You should focus on the following transmutes for The Flash: Energy Gain Bonus, HP, P DEF.
The Flash is one of the most important supports in the game for anyone looking to maximize their damage in Combat Cycle. He doesn't need to be on a specific team to provide a massive advantage, because his kit is meant to cycle your other squad members' ultimates. In early tier lists I did not value him highly and I regret it. I see him staying relevant for a long time, and cannot wait to see the rest of the Flash Family.
Abilities unlock from 1 star and gain an upgrade at every rank — White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red. The star each ability upgrades on is shown on its card.
★1The Flash channels his Energy to an ally until they are fully charged or his Energy is depleted, and increases the target's ATK by % for 15s. Casting the Ultimate costs The Flash at least 40 Energy. In auto mode, the skill targets the ally with the highest ATK.
